Frequent masturbation and ejaculation (usually more than 4 times in one week for most) stimulate acetylcholine/parasympathetic nervous functions excessively, resulting in the over production of sex hormonesĀ and neurotransmitters such as acetylcholine, dopamine and serotonin.
